Welcome to Misty Waters Community in East Tennessee
Misty Waters is a Townhouse Community in Tri-Cities located on Boone Lake at the eastern tip of Tennessee. Our complex contains 72 units in 11 buildings. Our clubhouse, pool, and boat docks accommodate the community. The community is triangularly centered within Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol; we are located near the Tri-Cities airport.
