Welcome to Misty Waters Community in East Tennessee

Misty Waters is a Townhouse Community in Tri-Cities on Boone Lake at the eastern tip of Tennessee. Our complex contains 72 units in 11 buildings. Our clubhouse, pool, and boat docks accommodate the community. The community is triangularly centralized within Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol, and we are next to the Tri-Cities airport. As the world turns, we find ourselves in the holiday season. We hope everyone will have a wonderful couple of months until the New Year comes upon us and all calms down.

The website will be making some changes during the rest of this year.

We will add a resource area for residents to find reliable maintenance companies we have used for your internal and external needs around your townhouse.
The revised Rules & Regulations booklet will be approved, letting us post digital versions online along with a printed version. The digital version can be used on screen as a PDF file or printed, and you can download an eBook version for your reading device.
