Misty Waters is a townhouse community in the Tri-Cities at the eastern tip of Tennessee. We are triangularly centralized with Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol and are next to the Tri-Cities airport.

The community consists of 72 units within 11 buildings. We have a clubhouse, pool, and boat docks to accommodate the community. It is triangularly centralized within Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol, and next to the Tri-Cities airport.
